  Nice clean room, comfy bed. Good bathroom with nice shower, and drinking water tap (more hotels should have these). Fridge facility in room. Breakfast very nice and good value, although evening meal portion was a bit small and had to play the game of "find the chicken" in the chicken curry. Also, was overcharged (breakfast was included with room but I was charged again) but staff were quick to sort it. Would still definitely stay here again, though.

  My view is that this is probably the best hotel in Crawley!
  
  Modern and stylish with friendly staff and all the services you would expect from a 4* Hotel such as restaurants bars and a shop
  
  It has the quiet west wing, and a more Cosmopolitan main block in which reception is based.
  
  Rooms don't disappoint and room service is available. A trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities as well as fridge and TV are all standard features.
  
  A Large car park is available built under the hotel. This is chargeable.
  
  Crawley Town Centre is 5 minutes walk away as is the train station which the hotel has its own access too.
  
  Good disabled access is available.

  Nice hotel, with good parking and facilities. Room is clean, well designed and spacious with a fridge, iron and safe. We also had a bath and separate shower.. Breakfast is ok but over priced. Bar staff questioned whether we knew the cost of certain drinks, perhaps suggesting we might like something cheaper, before ignoring another of our party to prioritise more 'expensive' looking guests. Overall though staff in general were always helpful and accommodating.
