  By the sound of comments made to me previous and other reviews I've read, your name is clearly hanging by an overly tarnished thread.
  
  Was physically thrown out because one of the barman "didn't like me".
  
  Will NEVER come here ever again after many years of custom. Neither will my large group of friends who will also be writing about the bad experience.
  
  100% fed up of your door staff acting like they are the law, they completely let down your business and do not represent the values your bar USED to have.
  
  You are doormen, you are there to look after your customers not pick up sober girls at 11pm and throw them in the street without giving a solid reason. And I will cover that on my call to follow.
  
  Your doormen refused to show me any form of ID which I by law am entitled to see, I do not need their names just need to see if they have a licence to physically assault me which I still want to see. I now question the integrity of your door staff who clearly do not understand the fundamental basics of their job.
  
  I have never been so insulted by a venue, your staff are rude, one bartender last night was kissing the face off his girlfriend over the bar whilst I was waiting for a drink to be told I'm not allowed one as another member of staff didn't like me.
  
  Disgusting, unexcusable and unprofessional.
  
  If you're going to be a bartender by trade BE a bartender please, I AM a customer not an interference NOR am I a friend or foe. Treat me with the decency that I deserve.
  Additionally if I pay £40 on a round I would expect to be welcomed with hello not "oh great, you again"
  
  I will be calling today to get a full refund from my bill from last night. I will not except anything less than this, I have let the poor service here slide one to many times now.
  I previously felt welcomed in your bar and wrote a very hearty review-which I completely retract.
  
  If I could put '0' stars I would, so don't flatter yourselves with '1' please.
  
  R.I.P the only decent bar in Crawley.
  
  Sadly passed away by incredibly soul destroying staff, parasitism doormen and the broken locks in the loos.

  Absurdly packed... God knows how they get away with their fire safety limit! Very expensive as well! Toilets always in horrendous condition!
