Setting is quite nice.
So why only 3 stars? Because my ribeye steak was awful. Besides the fact I ordered for it to be medium rare, it was rare if not blue. For a high quality cut, I would request rare or blue but, a quality cut this was not.
I don't expect to be able to slice ribeye with a spoon and appreciate for such a cut, a knife may be expected but, I needed a chainsaw! Grisly and full of tendons running across the whole steak.
Two members of my family found the carrots to have a strange after taste.
Puddings were fine.
Overall and taking into account our entire party's opinions, it was OK. Not fine dining at any level but a reasonable lunch.March 30, 2017
