  I went through the drive through at the west green, crawley mcdonalds yesterday and placed my order on the intercom on the way through. when I picked up my order I thought I would check it and when I did I informed the member of staff that I was two double cheese burgers short to which she replied " they are in the other bag" told her they were not and showed her the other bag and then heard the manager say "just give them to him I cant be bothered to argue" I was not argueing I was just asking for what I had ordered and paid for !

  Staff were not at all pleasant, unlike most other mcdonalds restaurants. Food was OK but the meal starts with the service you receive which put a downer on our whole experience of this mcdonalds
